CQUniversity Accredited Online Training (AOT) are in an education pathway arrangement with CQUniversity to offer units of study from AOT that transfer to CQUniversity units of study.
This course provides students with the underpinning skills and knowledge to development an understanding of marketing principles from a customer perspective and their practical and theoretical application in relation to marketing an organisation's products and services, evaluating customer service strategies, managing relationships with customer and networking. In addition the course covers the imlementation of continuous improvement systems to support the marketing process and the application and management of marketing projects.
In particular the course approaches marketing not only as a functional area of an organisation but also as a philosophy of doing business.
This is a nationally recognised qualification.
Credit TransfersUpon successful completion of this unit, Marketing (MRKT11029), students will receive:
