Frontline managers have a strong influence on the work culture, values and ethics of the teams they supervise.  As such it is important that frontline mangers model good practice, professionalism and confidently represent their organisation.

The learning content and assessment of this lesson maps to 2 nationally recognised units of competency which are part of units required towards Business Services Sector qualifications such as the Certificate IV in Business (BSB40107).  The 2 units are:  

  • BSBMGT401A: Show leadership in the workplace
  • BSBMGT403A: Implement continuous improvement
