This course is delivered online in association with RTO 31190. Upon enrolment students are issued with a log-in and password, providing access to OCA's e-learning centre. 80% of this course is conducted online and 20% of is conducted via practical workshops held in Brisbane, Queensland and Melbourne, Victoria. The Certificate II in Aviation (Ground Operations and Service) requires the successful completion of 14 units, comprising:
