The Illawarra College of Professional Beauty Therapy was founded in 1981 by the College Principal, Tracey Rovere. Tracey is a qualified Beauty Therapist, and holds the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training qualification. In addition to owning operating the Illawarra College of Professional Beauty Therapy, Tracey has continued to practice as a beauty therapist. She has extensive knowledge of skin physiology and is currently involved in skincare product research and development. From this product research and development the L?Amour Skin Sense range of products has been produced. These products are currently used in many beauty salons and are utilised by the students during training at the college. Tracey?s very close association with the beauty industry has included a stint in the role of a committee member on the Australian Professional Association of Aestheticians for a period of six years (1985-1990). Tracey?s reputation is recognised nationally and she is often invited to guest lecture at leading modeling and deportment schools. Throughout the past twenty four years the college has trained hundreds of satisfied students who have gone on to very challenging and rewarding careers and the college has earned a reputation for excellence in training through the high standards achieved by its many talented graduates. | ||
