Why is this Course Unique?
The hands-on, real production based projects undertaken in this course and the comprehensive curriculum which give meaning to them are structured to reflect a very real and honest ‘picture’ of the industry and the genuine employment prospects that await our graduates. We encourage our students to understand that the Digital Film and Television Production industry is founded on working teams and to successfully integrate into a crew (at any level) requires a genuine understanding and empathy for the inherent responsibilities that the other roles entail. We also advise our students that the best Director is one that has worked on numerous production styles, lengths and mediums. In the words of Ridley Scott, “Don't forget that by the time I'd made The Duellists I'd done 2,000 commercials”.
JMC Academy's comprehensive Film &Television Production course earns our students a double-award film win.
