From January 1, 2009, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training became MANDATORY for all staff involved in the sale and supply of Liquor, state wide. Staff members include bartenders, glass collectors, floor hostesses, room service staff etc.

This online RSA course covers the skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol, and to satisfy the requirements for responsible sale and service of alcohol (RSA) under QLD legislation. On completion of this RSA course you will be issued an RSA Training Course Certificate for use in QLD, with a Statement of Attainment endorsement. If you are working in other states, this endorsement is nationally accredited to apply for mutual recognition in your state or territory. With this certificate you would be able to apply for positions in hotels, licensed bars, pubs, bars and clubs, retail liquor outlets, and licensed function and event centre\\\'s.

Course Delivery
This course is delivered online. Upon enrolment students are issued with a log-in and password, providing access to OCA\\\'s e-learning centre.
Recognition & Accreditation
Upon successful completion of this course you will receive an RSA Training Course Certificate. This certificate will carry a Statement of Attainment endorsement and allows for mutual recognition in other States and Territories. There are no pre-requisites to this course.
