THIS CERTIFICATE IS NOT ACCEPTED IN NEW SOUTH WALES
This course covers the legalities and responsibilities of serving alcohol in various licensed premises. This course is compulsory for all new licensees, nominees and retail liquor staff "in charge" of premises and is highly recommended for all liquor service staff. Learn about the liquor laws as they stand in Australian States. This is a nationally accredited course, and the unit is included in the industry course - Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations).
With this certificate you would be able to apply for positions in licensed bars, hotels, pubs and clubs, retail liquor outlets, and licensed function and event centres.
