The Certificate III in Warehousing Operations is intended for people who want to learn how to coordinate goods for distribution to customers. They will learn how to use inventory systems to conduct stock counts and apply product knowledge to organise receivals and dispatches.

Forklift drivers - people who lift, stack and unstack articles and materials using diesel, electric, gas or petrol powered trucks equipped with fork attachments, load transport vehicles, or move raw materials and finished goods to processing or despatch areas of factories

  • Store persons - people who manage goods in and out, use inventory systems, perform stocktake and manage the supply and handling of goods
  • Packers - people involved in racking, stocktake, picking and packing of products for shipment and distribution to customers
